Ballynahinch House is a new-build dwelling positioned on an elevated site overlooking the rolling hills of Co. Down. Designed around our client’s brief, the home was created to provide a lasting family residence—one that embodies both presence and permanence, a key consideration when building on family farmland.

The layout consists of a distinct bedroom wing and living wing, seamlessly connected through a central circulation space at the main entrance. Though single-storey, the house feels grand and thoughtfully designed, with custom vaulted ceilings, generous window heights, and stepped floor levels enhancing the sense of space and scale.
